Details about obtaining and treasuring your new jewelry


Guarantee of Craftsmanship:   All work is guaranteed for stone setting and fabrication under normal wear and care of fine jewelry.

Recommended Care for Fine Jewelry:   It is recommended that fine jewelry be cleaned and stone settings be checked annually. For best care of stones, clean with soft brush, warm water and dish soap. Rinse and pat dry. To protect your gemstones, avoid contact with chemicals, sudden changes in temperature, contact with rough surfaces and hard impact.

Custom Design:   Custom begins with a complimentary design interview.  Design illustrations are $120 and can be applied toward the balance due. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom design. Custom work is typically completed in four to six weeks from the date the design is finalized. Custom design is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Made to Order and In Stock:   Items made to order ship in seven business days. In stock items ship in one to two business days. 

Sizing:   One of kind rings can be sized one size + or - at no cost.  Just in case the ring size does not fit, Terrestrial Delight offers one free ring sizing within the first 3 months. Shipping charges are not included in the free ring sizing.  Please allow seven business days for ring sizing.  If the desired ring size is greater than one size larger, there is a fee for the cost of added silver or gold. There is no charge for labor.

Alterations and Repairs:   Alterations and adjustments are priced accordingly to your request. Repairs made to Terrestrial Delight jewelry by other jewelers are not guaranteed, so please contact us for any repairs needed.

Shipping:   Items over $100 will be shipped complimentary within the United States. Jewelry over $100 is insured for the full value and sent USPS Priority Mail (three day) with a signature at delivery required. Items under $100 ship USPS Priority Mail (three day) for a flat rate of $6.80. USPS Priority Express Mail (one day) is available for all orders for an additional $23.

Payment:   Terrestrial Delight accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal

Returns & Exchanges:    Terrestrial Delight will accept return of unworn and undamaged items with the original packaging within two weeks from the time you receive your order. Returned items may be exchanged or refunded minus any shipping charges. Exchange is available for items returned after two weeks at the discretion of Terrestrial Delight. Sales Tax:   Terrestrial Delight is located in Seattle, Washington. Items delivered to Washington addresses are subject to local and state sales tax. There is no tax for items delivered out of state.
