Science, Art and Appreciation

Clean Energy Institute (CEI), a research unit at the University of Washington, opened a new facility called Washington Clean Energy Testbeds on February 16 to accelerate innovations in clean energy engineering and market-adopted technologies.  In celebration, solar cell lapel pins, hand fabricated by Terrestrial Delight, were gifted to Washington Governor Jay Inslee, cleantech leaders and clean energy researchers. 

Terrestrial Delight was honored to create these symbols of appreciation and contribute to such an outstanding organization.

Organic solar cells used by postdoctoral research associates at CEI were gifted in support for the future. Curious? Learn more about clean energy initiatives or get involved in the local area.

The bar will be open for cocktails as well as Sous Sol Winery being open for tasting. First Day to the Last

I dare wax poetic in this introduction to Terrestrial Delight Jewelry. From our first day to our last, being part of nature and society presents many challenges. Exercising free will, finding joy, sharing compassion, love and kindness with living beings are daily practices. Appreciating artistic interpretations of life helps me connect actions, ideas and feelings through paint, word, sculpture, sound and movement. There are also works of art that can be worn as reminders of our experience, precious souvenirs that we hold on to and pass down from generation to generation. If you find joy in jewelry, I hope you can discover a precious Terrestrial Delight souvenir and reminder of the worthwhile challenges during your time on earth.
